Usually your order can be filled
and shipped in 2 to 4 weeks within the continental U.S. Shipping charges (USPS
first class and priority) are automatically calculated.
All other orders
must first contact
VTwin Mama for shipping costs and time.
If an item is
backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping
to Canada
1) VTwin Mama can only process
Canadian currency through PayPal
2) Email VTwin Mama at products@vtwinmama.com
with a list of the items you would like to order so I can get the shipping
cost calculated
3) When you receive the VTwin Mama email with the total that includes
shipping, then, skip the order form, authorize payment to PayPal in the
total U.S. amount to products@vtwinmama.com
and PayPal will do the conversion factors; I'll have your email so I know
what items have been ordered!

Using any shipper or mail service,

Please include an explanation of why the
item is being returned. VTwin Mama will replace any item that was received
in damaged condition only. Items that
have been worn or used in any manner may not be returned.
