engine bar/freeway bar install

Postby halfhelm on Mon Sep 14, 2009 7:35 pm

:? I have purchased a Cobra freeway bar/engine guard for my vstar 1100 classic but I'm having difficulties finding install instructions. Would anyone be able to help me out?

I have some really cheap/basic hgwy pegs if interested.

I had my engine guard installed by the mechanics...30 minutes for $30.
I felt it better safe than sorry.

Mine is Cobra too, it was put on opposite of what I thought. Mounted to the thing-a-magiggers that hold on my pegs to the frame.

Here ya go http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/installguides/BLV1-1240.pdf

Let me warn you, Cobra's instructions suck. When I installed my highway bars on my C50, I pretty much had to figure it out. More pictures would have been good
